Frequently Asked Questions

We will provide everything for the event. We just recommend you bring a towel and sunglasses. For Bible Conversations, please bring your Bible.
Wear comfortable clothes. We suggest you wear a bathing suit, as you’ll have a chance to jump in and swim if you’d like.
Sessions will operate rain or shine. If the trip is cancelled due to storms or extreme weather conditions you may choose a full refund, gift card for the full amount or rescheduling your experience. If a partial session is cancelled a prorated refund or credit will be issued for the amount of time missed. Surf, Wake, & Ski reserves the right to make all inclement weather related decisions.
If cancelled 7 days or more prior you will receive a full refund (144 hours +), 4-6 or less days prior 80% of booking amount refunded (72-144 hours), 72 hours prior 50% refund, 24-48 hours prior 25% refund, less than 24 hours and no show will receive no refund. Credit card processing fees will not be refunded. Please call for extenuating circumstances and we will do our best to be flexible if possible.
Attendance varies but our boat can accommodate up to 6 guests per event.
